"Factory Mode" is enabled if the EFS partition of the fault device. Sometimes, if you have successfully fixed EFS partitions, you get "factory mode" again. If you see a black box containing some information about the device (PDA, CSC, H / W, TSP, TSK ...) with yellow characters ... means that you are in Factory mode.
To get rid of this mode we need ROOT machine (How to root your Google machine offline: D)
PROCEDURE:
disassemble the phone
solder emmc pin out
open easy jtag software
goto emmc tab
connect emmc adapter to phone and easy jtagbox
use usb cable as power supply to phone pcb
set 2.8v voltage
hit detect emmc card
if emmc detected meaning your emmc connection is correct and phone emmc is alive
download rom1 and rom2 epair file from eeasy jtag support shell
extract rom1 and write to phone "take note you see many retry but its ok tha important is writing successfull on easy jtag logs area"
after writing rom1
extract rom 2 then write to phone emmc
were almost done boot repair
assemble the phone at you see the result bootloop status
then proceed full flash with official firmware
in my case im usng z3x pro
i download the file from z3x support area
after fullflashing phone have stock in revovery mode all you have to do is to perform factory reset
and see the result ITS FINALLY DONE
THE PHONE IS SUCCESSFULLY REVIVE FROM SUDDEN DEATH
